Our instructors have been teaching for 3+ years, and lead their classes to be packed with fun, good music and good moves so you leave the studio feeling good like you should!

We invite everyone to come and take class on our regularly scheduled classes, age 15 and up, and encourage you to check out our pop up classes, events and more including hip hop fitness, boxing, and kids classes to name a few. The studio also offers gift certificates and homemade soy candles for sale.
