50-60 minutes. Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
60 minutes. A perfect combo of cardio fitness and kettlebell weight exercises designed to fit the beat of the music. This class will help you burn calories and build muscle. Trust us! You will enjoy this killer workout from start to finish.
50-60 minutes. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
50-60 minutes. Excellent blend of Aerobic exercises and weights to a variety of radio music. Incredible choreography, that is simple to follow. This class includes effective movement geared to keep your whole body happy. Sometimes we take you to the floor for a core, butt or legs. The weights range from 1-8 pounds. This class is so much fun and creates a want and need for more. Please bring a mat.
40-50 minutes. Sweat dripping fun, this class is inspired by drumming. A perfect blend of cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates style moves. For all fitness levels. We provide the Ripstix that are needed for your drumming experience. Come call on your inner rockstar. Please bring a mat.

40 minutes. Using kettlebells, the music will move you through this class and keep you motivated. Get ready for a sweat dripping good time. This is a class geared towards every fitness level focusing on strength and endurance. Get ready for a total body involvement, including core work. We have designed this class to run to the beat of the music and heavily emphasize safe movement of body and kettlebell.
30 minutes. Work every muscle and sweat it out as you dance and tone using light weights. You’ll leave wanting more!
40-50 minutes. A perfect mix between a BARRE style class and weight training to strengthen and tone your entire body. Bring a mat. (coming back soon)
30-40 minutes. A timed total body blast workout! This interval workout is designed to get your heart rate pumping by using dumbbells and body weight training. Designed for all fitness levels, you'll gain strength and a strong healthy body and mindset with this class. (not currently on the schedule)
50-60 minutes. A killer workout! A combo of body weight moves, kickboxing elements and cardio. Each move goes right to the beat of the music. You’ll walk out feeling stronger than yesterday and ready to conquer the day. Bring a mat. (not currently on the schedule but STRONG30 is!)
